February 8, 2008 | Eva Scow/Dusty Brough

Released in December of 2007, "Sharon by the Sea" by Fresno based string prodigies, Eva Scow and Dusty Brough, and we've weighed in positively. No, we've raved in our latest review in our Recent Recording Spotlight.

Once in a great while, we encounter talent that makes the heart tingly with anticipation. Such is the case with Eva Scow, a bright, proficient mandolinist/writer whose musical abilities promise a brilliant future, and is likely to forge new acoustic frontiers. Young, but wise beyond her years musically, this CD is an absolute must-have for anyone regularly reading this site.
